Recipe adapted from this book. (Which I can't recommend enough!)
Just though I'd stop by and share one of the many treats I made for the holiday. This was one of three biscotti flavors I made. The book has a recipe for almond-anise biscotti and I made my own variations on it: cinnamon-raisin and chocolate-white chocolate chip.
I made most of my Christmas treats from the Back in the Day Bakery Cookbook. It is such a great cook book with a lot of quick and easy desserts. If I ever find myself in Georgia I would love to stop by their bakery and pick up a yummy treat!
