Today is Valentine's Day! It's definitely one of my favorite holidays, not because of romance or anything, but because of the fun crafts, pastries and another reason to give cute gifts to people.
Unfortunately, I didn't have much time this year to make some desserts I wanted, but luckily I had some left over buttercream to make these cute rose cupcakes. I hadn't made buttercream roses in many years, so i'm glad they turned out ok. Here's to love, flowers, and cupcakes!
