Just in time for thanksgiving and a sad farewell too pumpkin for the year, here we have a pumpkin pie hot cocoa with a white chocolate base.
-2 cups milk
-4.5 oz white chocoate
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon if you don't have any)
-1/4 cup pumpkin puree
-pinch salt
In a medium sauce pan, slightly warm milk over medium heat. Add white chocolate, stirring occasionally, as not to burn.
Mix pumpkin puree, vanilla, spice and salt. Add to milk and heat to desired temperature.
